Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Please call or WhatsApp before you visit. Dr. Gupta sees patients by appointment at fixed times at each location, so booking ahead avoids a wasted trip.
Which location should I choose?
Chitra Vihar (East Delhi) is at Aarogya Hospital, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM–1 PM. Greater Kailash-2 (South Delhi) is at Hand2Shoulder Clinic, by appointment. Choose whichever is closer.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your current glasses, any earlier eye reports or prescriptions, and a list of your medicines. If you have diabetes, please bring recent sugar reports.
Will my insurance cover the visit or treatment?
This depends on your policy and the treatment. Elective procedures such as LASIK and ICL are usually not covered. Please check with your insurer, or ask us when you book.
